Who we are
Pink Swan is a ladies-only reformer Pilates studio at Building 10, Third Floor, District 5, New Cairo, Egypt. You can reach us on +20 10 4009 0450 or by WhatsApp.
By creating an account or booking a session you accept these terms.
Your account
A verified email address is required before you can confirm a booking. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity on your account.
Accounts are personal. Sessions, memberships and credits cannot be transferred to another person.
Sessions
We offer one session: The Pink Swan Reformer Session, lasting sixty minutes. Capacity is limited by the number of reformers in the room. The instructor for each session is assigned by the studio.
Please arrive ten minutes before your session. We may be unable to admit you after a session has started, out of respect for the members already working.
Prices and payment
A single session is EGP 850. Membership prices, session quantities and validity periods are shown on the memberships page and are fixed at the moment you purchase — a later price change does not affect a membership you already hold.
Card payments are processed by Paymob. Pink Swan never receives or stores your card details.
A booking is confirmed only once we have received verified confirmation of payment from Paymob. Until then your place is held temporarily and may be released.
Memberships and credits
A membership grants a fixed number of session credits, valid for the period shown on the plan. The validity period begins when your payment is confirmed, not on the date of your first session.
Credits are used automatically when you book. If you hold more than one active membership, the credit is taken from whichever expires soonest.
Unused credits expire at the end of the validity period and are not refundable or extendable except at the studio’s discretion.
Health and safety
Reformer Pilates is physical exercise. Please tell your instructor before the session about any injury, recent surgery, pregnancy or condition that affects how you move, so she can adapt the work for you.
You take part at your own risk and should seek medical advice if you are unsure whether the activity is suitable for you.
Conduct
The studio is ladies only, at every session, without exception. We ask that phones are silenced and that the room stays quiet enough for everyone to concentrate.
We may suspend or close an account where conduct affects the safety or experience of other members or staff.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Material changes affecting bookings or memberships you already hold will be notified by email.
