Booking and cancellation policy

When you book a session that needs payment, we hold your place for ten minutes while you complete checkout. If payment is not completed in that time the place is released automatically and you are not charged.

A place is only confirmed once Paymob confirms the payment to our server. The page you return to after paying will tell you honestly if we are still waiting.

You may cancel or reschedule up to twelve hours before your session starts. The exact deadline is shown on every booking in My Pink Swan.

• Cancel before the deadline: your credit is returned to your membership immediately, or your payment becomes eligible for refund.
• Cancel after the deadline: the session is released for someone else, but the credit or payment is not returned.
• Miss a session without cancelling: the credit or payment is not returned.

If the studio cancels a session for any reason, your credit is returned in full or your payment is refunded in full — whenever the cancellation happens, including on the day. We will email you as soon as the decision is made.

Refunds are returned to the card used for the original payment. Depending on your bank this usually appears within five to fourteen working days.

Memberships are not refundable once credits have been used. If nothing has been used, contact the studio and we will look at it individually.

When a session is full you can join the waitlist. If a place opens we email the first person in the queue, and she has two hours to claim it before it passes to the next member. Joining the waitlist costs nothing and does not use a credit.

We would rather be fair than rigid. If something genuinely unavoidable happens, call the studio on +20 10 4009 0450 — the team can return a credit at their discretion, and every such decision is recorded with a reason.
